This is an athletic program focusing on team building and group activities, which will help self-esteem and resiliency. There will be different games and activities for all abilities. 

-Hiking Trails
-Sports
-Fitness Games
-Sessions on healthy eating & weight training
-Shelter Building
-Survival Techniques
-Use of compass and games
-FUN!


Program is run by David Novaria (Brunswick Soccer Coach) and Jennifer Novaria (ACSM Personal Trainer) 

The limit is 14 kids per camp (7yrs and up)

Saturday December 28 & Sunday December 29
9:00am-2:00pm

Location:
Safe Haven Farm
236 Phipps Point Road in Woolwich. 

Attire:
Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers
Participants should dress in layers as the days start off cold but warm up. Weather is not an issue as there are indoor areas at the farm.

-Please bring snacks, Lunch and water/drinks.

Resident Fee: $140
Non-Resident Fee: $150
