This is an athletic program focusing on team building and group activities, which will help self-esteem and resiliency. There will be different games and activities for all abilities. 

-Hiking Trails
-Sports
-Fitness Games
-Sessions on healthy eating & weight training
-Shelter Building
-Survival Techniques
-Use of compass and games
-FUN!
*There will be swimming available after the day's events*

Program is run by David Novaria (Brunswick Soccer Coach) and Jennifer Novaria (ACSM Personal Trainer) 

The limit is 15 kids per program (7yrs and up)

Monday- Friday 1pm-6pm
July 22-26, 2024

Location:
Safe Haven Farm
236 Phipps Point Road in Woolwich. 

Attire:
Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers

-Please bring snacks, lots of water/drinks, light layers, sunscreen, bug spray.

Resident Fee: $300
Non-Resident Fee: $310
