This program is for children within the RSU #1, West Bath & Georgetown districts ONLY.
New on 11/25/25: This will now be a Saturday only program. The change is due to gym space availability and number of kids registered in the program. One hour sessions with 30 minute practice/30 minute games.
Please note: This program starts in January. Basketball start dates have been staggered due to the effort to have adequate gym space and consistent weekly program day/times for all programs.
Our 1st and 2nd grade program is a co-ed development league that will place emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game in a fun and supportive environment. The program focuses on teaching fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense through structured practices and age-appropriate games. Participants will build confidence, improve physical fitness, and learn the value of sportsmanship and collaboration. It is our goal to have as many children as possible have a positive experience during their time in this basketball program.

Registration includes a team shirt to keep.
Registration closes on 12/10/25 unless teams are full prior to that date.
