Refund Policy


  • Refund Policy
  • 100% will be refunded if we cancel a class/activity.
  • 100% minus a $10.00 processing fee will be refunded or credited if you withdraw a week prior (excluding weekends and holidays) to the start of the class/activity.
  • 50% will be refunded or credited if you withdraw less than a week before the start of a class/activity.
  • 0% will be refunded after the first class/session.
  • There are no refunds or credits for vacation activities or Lost Valley ski/snowboard programs.
  • The refund process may take up to two weeks. We do not provide cash refunds.
